What we collect
Two forms on this site collect personal data. The partnership enquiry form collects your name, organisation, email address, area of interest and any message you write. The departure list form collects your email address only.
Why we collect it
Enquiry data is used to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible partnership. Departure list data is used to send occasional project updates: the departure announcement and major moments. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database accessible only to the project. Enquiries and list signups are stored separately. Data is never sold. It is not shared with third parties except service providers who host this site and its database, acting on our instructions.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and for a maximum of three years after last contact. List signups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Unsubscribe
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to the address below and we will remove you.
